Registration Terms and Conditions

The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Satchel: program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Welcome Reception
  • Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches

Student Registration

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Student registrants are entitled to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Satchel: program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Welcome Reception
  • Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches

Please note:  A copy of your student identification card must be sent to the Conference Managers via fax to + 61 2 9267 5443 or emailed Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Day Registrants

Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions on the nominated day
  • Program booklet
  • Morning and afternoon tea on the nominated day

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Name badge

Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.


Group Registration

The Group registration is offered when a single entity registers ten (10) or more individuals. Please contact the Conference Mangers on for this options.

The Group registration form must be received by the Conference Managers on or before 1 October 2016 to be eligible for the early registration fee and payment must be received by 1 October 2016, even without the list of participants.  The final list of participants must be submitted by 7 October 2016.  Should this deadline not be met, the difference between early and standard registration fees will apply and must be paid in order to process the Group registration.

Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private function, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program.

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

Cheque / Money Order

All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee and will only be accepted up until 28 October 2016 . Please download the hard copy registration form and mail the completed form with your cheque to the Conference Managers. Cheques are to be made payable to NSAC 2016. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank.  No other currency will be accepted. 

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees: Before 29 August 2016 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee. Before 17 October 2016 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After 17 October 2016 there will be no refund.

Accommodation: A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation One nights deposit is non-refundable at 25 October 2016

Social: Payments are non-refundable at 17 October 2016.

The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
